Each individual may hold only one registered Account. Opening, operating or attempting to operate multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identity — constitutes a breach of these Terms. Duplicate Accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of funds where evidence of abuse is established.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. JJ555 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
JJ555 operates a mandatory KYC process. You may be required to submit identity documents (such as a valid CNIC, passport or national identification card), proof of address and proof of the payment method used to deposit. The Operator may pause deposit, wagering and withdrawal functionality pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC to the Operator's satisfaction may result in Account suspension.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or the support email address. The Operator reserves the right to close or suspend any Account, at its sole discretion, where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed, where required by applicable law or where closure is in the interests of responsible gambling.
An Account that has not recorded any login or transaction activity for a continuous period as defined in the Operator's current account-management policy may be classified as dormant. Dormant Accounts may be subject to administrative maintenance fees as published in the Operator's fee schedule at the relevant time. Users will be notified before any fee is applied.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are sourced from legitimate activity and that you are the rightful owner of all funds used. Deposits sourced from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud or other illegal means will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for that promotion.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as real-money Balance. Wagering requirements, maximum bet restrictions during an active bonus, game contribution percentages, expiry periods and maximum cashout limits are all defined in each offer's specific terms. Players should read these terms carefully before activating any bonus.
JJ555 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim Bonus Funds, and to close Accounts, where evidence of bonus abuse is established. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: using multiple Accounts to claim the same offer; collusion with other players to exploit bonus conditions; low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal market exposure; or any other conduct that the Operator reasonably determines to be an attempt to exploit promotional terms rather than participate in good faith.
Bonuses that are not activated or whose wagering requirements are not met within the defined expiry period will be forfeited automatically. The Operator does not provide extensions or reinstatements of expired bonuses as a matter of standard policy.

Settlement of bets is based on official results as published by the relevant governing body. Where no official result is available, the Operator's determination shall be final. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Service without the prior written consent of JJ555. Any unauthorised use of the Service's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal liability.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. JJ555 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service, the accuracy or completeness of any information presented, or the fitness of the Service for any particular purpose.
JJ555 accepts no responsibility for any gambling losses incurred by Users. Gambling involves risk. It is your responsibility to understand the nature of the games and markets you participate in, to manage your budget responsibly and to comply with applicable law.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated, as published on the platform.
In the first instance, disputes should be submitted to JJ555's customer support team, which will endeavour to resolve the matter within a reasonable period. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to an alternative dispute resolution process as published by the Operator. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
Pakistan Law Notice: These Terms do not override applicable Pakistani law. Where Pakistani law applies to your use of the Service, you retain any statutory rights afforded to you under that law. This Agreement is not a waiver of any such rights and does not constitute legal advice regarding your position under Pakistani law.
